I am looking to better understand how the new separation and divorce laws in Saskatchewan apply to me and to get a recommendation regarding the most appropriate process option for me to use in my separation or divorce

I am contemplating a separation but haven’t made a decision yet about whether to separate or not.

I have decided that I want to separate from my spouse and I am looking for 1-1 support that my spouse does not know about to help me plan out my separation in a mindful way that can prioritize my children, finances and social, emotional and mental health. I want to know things about how our parenting, income and property will be looked at and how a separation agreement or a divorce works.

I am looking for 1-1 support to help me with lots of questions and challenges I am having with my ex in relation to parenting, income and property matters. I am not looking to work with my ex as he or she is likely unable or unwilling to do so.
